On behalf of myself and the entire IPTC team, I extend our warmest wishes for a happy and healthy 2024. I am deeply honored to assume the role of President of the International Professional Training Certification (IPTC). With your continued support, I am committed to expanding the reach of professional sports education on a global scale. I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering support provided by the IPTC Board of Directors and our dedicated team within the International Sports Federations departments. I am confident that through strong leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a well-defined strategy, we can significantly contribute to the advancement of sports development around the world. Our programs for the years 2024-2026 are particularly special and significant. We will be signing major contracts with prominent global federations, ministries of sports, governments, sponsors, television networks, and our business partners. We have relocated the IPTC headquarters to Dubai, UAE, to collaborate closely with the UAE government and our partners in this modern nation, aiming to bring the hosting of various global sports competitions to the UAE. We plan to strengthen our relationships with key sports federations and provide them with the essential services they require.
In 2025, we will host the 15th Football Skating World Cup and the 1st Junior Football Skating World Cup, World Parkour Championship WOC, and several other sports events in Dubai. By 2026, we will not only organize significant events in the UAE but also in other countries and continents under the direct supervision and management of IPTC. Supporting athletes worldwide remains a top priority in our agenda, and IPTC Charity will earnestly implement its charity initiatives in 2024-2025.
In 2023, I held various meetings focused on environmental sustainability with different countries. We will earnestly implement our educational programs in 2025.
I firmly believe that by working hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder, we can make our world a better place.
Sincerely,

“Never Give Up- Never Step Back “
Dr. Mehdi Salman Pour ( Born June 04, 1983)
Mehdi Salman Pour, originally named Mehdi, chose the name Arash at the age of 14. He believed that a significant change in life should start with one’s name and identity, and he took this step to embody that transformation.
Mehdi has excelled in nearly all disciplines of inline skating, including aggressive inline skating, speed skating, inline hockey, figure skating, ice skating, slalom skating, skate football/roller football, marathon races, and more. He became a renowned skater in Iran, achieving champion status in these various disciplines. .
Mehdi Salman Pour was the youngest professional skater to become a coach at an exceptionally young age, earning a coaching certificate from the Ministry of Sports in Iran as the youngest certified coach. He introduced his teaching methodology under the title “HOW TO SKATE.” At the age of 16, he published his first book on inline skating. Mehdi has been featured in numerous interviews on national television channels, newspapers, magazines, and radio stations. He conducted skating training sessions on national television for beginner and intermediate skaters, sharing his expertise with a broad audience.
Mehdi, along with five of his students, twice skated the 1,000-kilometer route from Kish Island to Tehran to demonstrate to the world that nothing is impossible. Unfortunately, at that time, he was unaware of how to report this significant achievement to Guinness World Records or other major global organizations. Had he known, he might have been the first to set the record for a 1,000-kilometer skate journey, a feat that was remarkable for its time.
In pursuit of further knowledge, experience, and research, Mehdi, then known as Arash, left Kish Island for Dubai, UAE, at a young age. .
He represented Iran as the captain of the national aggressive inline skating team at the 2005 Asian Games in Thailand and the 2007 Asian Games in China, where he was selected among the Top 10 Best Skaters in both events. At the World Extreme Sports Championships in the Mega Ramp discipline held in France, Mehdi competed wearing the UAE’s national colors and secured the runner-up position, achieving global recognition.
Mehdi Salman Pour has served as the head coach for national teams of various countries, including the UAE and Turkey, showcasing his leadership and coaching prowess. To date, Mehdi has authored five books and plans to write an additional 32 volumes, continuing to share his extensive knowledge and experience.
Today, Mehdi Salman Pour, also known as Arash, holds numerous official positions and titles within international sports federations, confederations, and organizations worldwide. These include President of the World Federation, Vice President of Global Federations, Senior Advisor to World Federations, and more
