Changing your mind is not a reason for a refund the registration fees/payment. By submitting your online/paper enrollment form or your documents to IPTC, we understand you have chosen your courses/seminars/ training packages, and other services carefully. The charges of uniforms, issuing of Certificates/ID Cards, any kind of insurance (if you requested officially to IPTC), any charges for the sending certifications/licenses/documents to your address by post, any accessories/equipment’s for the seminar or training, and similar services like these don’t include the registration fee.
